Line monitoring
Every line live, from the data your equipment already writes
Line monitoring reads the SQL data your line equipment already records and adds cameras at the points you choose. Every line, every product and every stop, on the screens where the shift can act on them.
- Reads the SQL data your line equipment writes
- Cameras on the line; tray vision in pilot
- OEE, yield, giveaway and downtime per line and product
- Dashboards for the office, billboards for the floor

Six readings, one shift
Each reading has one definition, used on every screen, so the office and the floor never argue about a number.
OEE
Availability × performance × quality, against the target you set. The working is always shown beside the figure.
Throughput
Trays or kilograms per minute, per line and for the plant, from the counts your equipment already keeps.
Yield
Output kilograms divided by input kilograms, by product and by shift, so a drifting product is seen before the day ends.
Average tray fill
From the camera at the vision point: how full each tray is, averaged over the last 600 trays.
Empty tray rate
The share of trays that passed the camera with nothing in them.
Downtime
Minutes lost this shift, ranked by reason, so the few causes behind most of the minutes come first.
Line performance, with its working shown
OEE for one line or the whole plant, the availability, performance and quality behind it, and downtime ranked by reason. Switch lines and the whole screen follows.

Cameras on the line
What the camera adds to the numbers
Scales and counters tell you how much. A camera at the vision point tells you how well: every tray classified empty, partial or full, with a fill percentage from the covered area. Tray vision is in pilot.
One camera, every tray
The camera classifies each tray as it passes and keeps the fill distribution for the shift, so under-filled trays are caught before they are sealed and the average fill is known while it can still be adjusted.

Where it sits
The vision point sits between tray loading and sealing. The equipment already on the line keeps doing its job and is read through SQL. Optional sensors can be added at other stations later, as the plan shows.
- 2D colour camera and TR trigger: the tray-vision pilot
- Optional sensors: 3D depth camera, IR thermal camera, HS hyperspectral camera, ID code reader
- EQ: line equipment already installed, read through SQL

Billboards the whole floor can read
The same figures, sized for the wall and rotating through three views. Each tile says where the line stands against its target in colour, an icon and words.
Fits the plant you already have
Your equipment's data
Scales, graders, checkweighers and sealers already log weights, counts and stops. Line monitoring reads them from the SQL database they write to.
Cameras where you want them
The vision point is one camera over the conveyor. The plan above shows where optional sensors can be added later.
Line control
The same readings feed the software that runs the line, so what the camera sees can reach the line itself.
